Orders & Returns

You may return any unused merchandise in its original condition and packaging within 30 days of the invoice date. Please contact our client services department to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization Number.

A full refund less a 20% restocking/processing fee will be issued to your credit card upon our receipt of returned merchandise.

For health reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened. There is no exchange or refund on any item that has been used or is not in its original packaging.

Any shipping cost you incur to return product to us is non-refundable.

We will process the refund to your credit card account within 3 days of our receipt of your returned merchandise. Please allow at least two billing cycles from the date of return for the credit to appear on your billing statement. Credits are only issued for products that have been returned, unused and in the same condition as originally sold.

If there is any discrepancy in your order or product is damaged during shipment, then please notify clientservices@esente.com or call 480.610 2200 within 48 hours of delivery so we can file a claim with FedEx or USPS. It is necessary for you to return product in original packaging in order for us to process your claim.

In the unlikely event that you receive faulty product, or the product was damaged during shipment, please obtain an RMA from our client services department and we will immediately replace such items at no cost to you, including free shipping.

We need the following information to complete a return. (If information is incomplete, we are unable to process your return)

  • Full name and address
  • Telephone number
  • E-mail address
  • Original Invoice number
  • Reason for Return
