Shipping Rates & Policies

United States Postal Service (USPS)

Your package will be shipped within the United States via USPS Priority Mail, Parcel Post, First Class Mail or Package Service depending on the weight and destination of your package. We also ship using FedEx Ground or FedEx Home Delivery. Generally, once received by the carrier your shipment will arrive within 2 -7 business days.

Same Day Shipping

Orders received before 3.00 pm Mountain Standard Time will generally ship that day, Monday through Friday.

Orders received over a weekend or US holiday will be shipped on the next business day.

Expedited Delivery

You may select faster FedEx shipping options during checkout, at an additional cost.

Back Ordered Products

If an order contains back ordered products, the in-stock items will ship immediately and back ordered items will ship when available at our facility. Free shipping applies for back ordered items.

Shipment Tracking

The email address you provide when placing your order will enable FedEx or USPS to provide you with updates to track the progress of your shipment. You will see when it was accepted by the carrier, where it is during transit and when it is scheduled for delivery. Any unforeseen delays due to weather or other circumstances will also be provided by email.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. All International orders ship via USPS or FedEx International Ground. Expedited FedEx shipping is also available at an additional cost and the exact shipping cost will be provided to you by email before checkout, by contacting us at clientservices@esente.com . International orders are subject to customs regulations and you may be responsible for additional customs fees. International shipments can experience delay during customs clearance and a signature may be required upon delivery.
