Victoria Nash is the founder of Esenté Skincare and the owner and operator of Younger You Clinique in Scottsdale, Arizona. As a licensed aesthetician with more than two decades of hands-on experience working directly with clients, Victoria brings a practitioner’s perspective to the philosophy behind Esenté and the development of its skincare formulations.
Victoria’s professional background began long before she entered the aesthetics industry. In Lancaster, Pennsylvania, she advanced through increasingly responsible clinical positions in the dental practice of Dr. Kreske, a dental surgeon, eventually becoming his Expanded Function Dental Assistant—a position she held for 10 years. Recognizing her experience and capabilities, Dr. Kreske subsequently promoted her to front office manager, a position she held for three years. Following her move to Arizona, Victoria continued her career as front office manager for Dr. Wells, overseeing operations within his multi-location dental practice. This combination of extensive clinical experience and practice management helped establish the precision, attention to detail, and disciplined approach she later brought to professional skincare.
Through her work at Younger You Clinique, Victoria has had the opportunity to observe firsthand how skin changes over time and how consistent skincare, prevention and healthy lifestyle choices can influence the way skin looks and feels. Those years of direct client experience have shaped a philosophy that goes beyond individual products: effective skincare should be thoughtful, consistent and appropriate to the individual—and more is not necessarily better.
That philosophy continues to guide Esenté today. From Professional Roots to a More Mindful Approach to Skincare
The origins of Esenté Skincare date back to 2001, when the vision for a distinctive professional skincare line first began taking shape. Rather than market commercially available stock products under a new label, Esenté’s founders were determined to create proprietary formulations developed specifically for Esenté.
Esenté’s management began working with five skincare manufacturing companies, undertaking an extensive process of product development and refinement. To help guide the creation of the new brand, they engaged an experienced skincare industry professional who played an instrumental role in product development, brand positioning, trade show presentations, and the creation of educational content that helped establish Esenté’s credibility within the professional skincare community.
During this period, Victoria was working in dental-practice management in Arizona while pursuing her goal of becoming a licensed aesthetician. Following her licensure in January 2004, Esenté was formally registered and officially launched at the International Esthetics, Cosmetics & Spa Conference (IECSC) in Las Vegas in April 2004.
From the beginning, Esenté focused on serving licensed aestheticians, spas, and other skincare professionals. More than two decades later, the company continues to work with the same five manufacturing partners, maintaining the relationships that helped establish its commitment to thoughtfully developed, concentrated skincare formulations.
Today, Esenté brings that professional heritage directly to consumers while continuing to serve the professional community.
